Property management is one of the fastest growing industries in the country but at BLR we like to think that we still provide the ‘personal touch’ to all of our clients.
We understand how important it is to have one person looking after the management of your site so every property at BLR has a designated Property Manager.
Your site will initially be handled by an assigned Implementation Manager who will deal with the handover from the previous managing agents ensuring that all management and accounting information is passed to BLR and loaded onto our systems. They will act as your initial point of reference and undertake the first site visit so that we can gain a further understanding and insight into your property.

Your Implementation Manager will then work alongside your dedicated Property Manager and provides them with all the necessary details and background information about your site
The Property Manager will then become the first point of contact for management company Directors or Freehold clients, attending Director’s meetings, Annual General Meetings and any other meetings in line with your chosen management contract. The Property Managers will be responsible for the day to day running of your site, undertaking such tasks as site inspections, arranging and monitoring ad-hoc works, administering on-going maintenance contracts and fielding queries from leaseholders.
All the Property Managers at BLR are working towards or have qualified as members of the Institute of Residential Property Management (IRPM) so have an in-depth knowledge and understanding of every facet of property management. There is also a Head of Property Management and a Director of Property Management providing additional guidance and support to the team. This ensures that even those ‘one-off’ situations so common in our industry can be handled efficiently and effectively.
