Company Directors
John Galliers AIRPM RICS
The Company’s Managing Director. John has twenty years experience in property management. He passed the direct final examinations of the Incorporated Society of Valuers and Auctioneers in 1992,and is now part of the Royal Institute of Charted Surveyors. An expert in the residential property field, John left a senior position in a PLC property company to start the business in 2001 and since then has built up the portfolio to more than 4,000 units.
Sharon Galliers
A Company Director specialising in Human Resources. Sharon has ten years experience with BLR and provides the HR expertise for all staff members. Sharon has built up a wide range of contacts with employment specialists who can deal with Property staffing issues. Peter Willcox AIRPM ARLA
A Company Director whose duties include responsibility for the Property Management and Customer Services departments. Peter is a BA (Hons) graduate who has worked in the Residential Property Sector for the past 9 years, 5 of which have been spent with BLR. This has gained him an in-depth knowledge in property marketing, process improvement and all areas of Residential Management.
Daniel Goh BCA CA
Dan joined BLR in 2008 as a Finance Director. Dan heads up the Finance, Accounting and Credit Management team and he is part of the BLR Group Management Board. He is also heavily involved in the Strategic and Planning aspects of the BLR Group. He has vast knowledge of business transformation and business process re-engineering.
Dan is a Chartered Accountant, qualified for over 10 years. He started his career as an auditor in Arthur Anderson (now Accenture) and branched out to work with numerous large private and public sector organisations. Before working with BLR, Dan was employed by a Management Consulting firm in London where he worked with a few FTSE 100 clients.
Property Management
Headed by their Director Peter Willcox, the Property Management department currently has five full time Property Managers each responsible for their individual portfolio of freehold and leasehold properties and clients, providing you with one point of contact. There is also a Head of Property Management overseeing the entire portfolio and providing additional guidance and support.

Accounting – Service Charges
Working under the guidance of Financial Director Daniel Goh, the accounts team has seven Service Charge Analysts working on the effective accounting of your service charges. They will support your Property Manager in all things financial, as well as dealing with you direct where required. Our Financial Controller oversees the smooth running of the department and ensures that all deadlines and service standards are met.
Accounting – Arrears Collections
Our collections team monitors all service charge accounts to ensure that a pro-active approach can be taken to the collection of any arrears. The Credit Controllers work in unison with the Property Management and Accounts teams so that BLR can always be one step ahead of potential non-payers and take necessary action to begin recovering any debts on their account.
Customer Services
The Customer Services Team acts as our front end, providing first rate phone services to all incoming calls to the BLR Offices. If unable to deal with the calls themselves, they are able to refer to other departmental staff for the fastest possible resolution. The Customer Services Team Manager ensures that all calls and queries are dealt with quickly and effectively.
Legal Department
The Legal Support Administrators at BLR are able to provide guidance and advice on a vast range of freehold and leasehold queries. They also take an active role in the pursuing of leaseholders arrears where legal actions becomes necessary by co-ordinating with a number of Solicitor’s specialising in the recovery of service charge arrears
