Other BLR Services
GROUND RENT COLLECTION
If you need to collect ground rent you will know that this can often be a time consuming and costly
process in comparison to the sums of money involved. The process has been complicated further
by the implementation of S166 of The Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act which requires
ndividual notices to be served with each ground rent demand. The ground rent is not payable
by the Leaseholder if the notice is not served.
As we already collect ground rent from many thousands of individual leaseholders you will have
the benefit of our knowledge and experience in collecting ground rents as efficiently as possible.
We have also developed our computer software to automatically generate S166 Notices in the
correct form with each ground rent demand
