If you are unhappy with the current management arrangements, the flat owners in the building may have the right to act collectively to take over the management of the building.
We can take you through the entire process from the initial assessment of eligibility to the serving of the appropriate notices, the formation of the RTM company and all issues in relation to the current Freeholder or Management Company.
Following the acquisition of the management responsibilities, we can act for the RTM company as agents, or simply provide limited services, such as accounting or company secretarial, if the residents want to self-manage the day-to-day maintenance – it’s entirely up to you.
