There has been a large amount of legislation brought in over the past 25 years which has led to more control on bad service to properties.
However, you will so often find that despite this, the vast majority of block management companies available will still do the ‘bare minimum’ in terms of providing what is needed to Freeholders, Leaseholders, Directors and residents alike.

Service Standards
We endeavour to meet the following service standards in all situations, but in any case, standards should be met in 85% of cases
- Respond to all phone calls, phone messages or emails within 24 hours. Most calls will be answered same day if received prior to 3pm.
- Respond to all other written communications (Letters) within 5 working days of receipt.
- Where further investigation, information gathering, or 3rd parties are being relied on for a full response/resolution, we will keep you updated with a deadline for any next steps/answer etc. If the deadline arrives and must be extended for any reason, we will keep you fully informed every step of the way
- We aim to help you find a solution to any problem you encounter with efficiency, honesty and candour.
- If we cannot help directly, we will always give best advice or direct you to someone who can help, whether that be another BLR staff member, one of our sister companies, or an external 3rd party.
