As a BLR Client, you will have access to our new Tenant Portal.
The Tenant portal is an area of this site that gives access to all Leaseholders and Directors to view details of their account and property including:
- Your account statement and Balance
- Ability to pay your bill
- Key information on your Property
- Key documentation
- General information and help on Leasehold matters
- Ability to report problems
- Up to date financial information on the Property for Directors
The Tenant portal has been specifically designed with you in mind. It means that you can choose at any time how you gain the information that you need.
If you prefer to speak to someone, we are always on the end of the phone; if you prefer to access the information direct, you can utilise the Tenant portal and get all the information and services you need.

CS Team
We have introduced a highly successful Customer Service team meaning you can get what you need, faster.
Of course, you will have access to your dedicated Property Manager; direct dial, email, and mobile. But realistically, there will be times when they are not available.
In those cases our customer service team are fully trained to a high level in both accounting and management issues, meaning that in over 70% of cases, they can resolve your query, or provide the information you need immediately.
The customer service team is YOUR customer service team. Whatever you need, they will act as your personal assistant in finding the answer. You will always have a knowledgeable, friendly voice on the end of the line.
